Joining NorthernBridges' Provider's Network
NorthernBridges is a state-certified management care organization authorized to manage health, medical and long-term care services under Wisconsin's Family Care program. Our service area includes Ashland, Bayfield, Barron, Burnett, Douglas, Iron, Polk, Price, Rusk, Sawyer, and Washburn counties.
To provide and manage care for our members, NorthenBridges has developed a network of providers under contract. NorthernBridges is committed to ensuring that our provider network is adequate to meet the needs of our members.
We are equially committed to ensuring our providers demonstrate competency and quality in the provision of service to our members.
"Providers" is a general term used for health, medical and long-term care service providers that are licensed and/or certified by Medicare and the state to furnish services. Network providers must sign a contract to provide services to members and agree to follow NorthernBridges' policies, procedures and guidelines.
