You and your Team will decide on the services that best meet your needs and support your outcomes. Your Team must approve all services before you start receiving them.
Family Care Benefit Package
All services below are available to members who meet the nursing home level of care. Services marked with a double-asterisk (**) are available to members who meet the non-nursing home level of care.
