ADRC Information

Aging & Disability Resource Centers (ADRCs)

ADRCs are the first place to go for information & assistance about aging and/or living with a disability. They assess an individual's level of need & eligibility for services such as:

• Family Care
• long-term care options counseling
• benefits counseling
• emergency referrals
• health promotion
• prevention and early intervention
• access to publicly funded programs

ADRCs are separate from NorthernBridges and available to everyone whether or not they are eligible for Family Care.

ADRCs may be contacted by phone or by visiting the center.
